Shipping & Delivery

We partner exclusively with FedEx to provide rapid, temperature-controlled delivery from the farm in Ecuador.

Yes! During checkout, you can select your preferred delivery date from our calendar. We recommend choosing a date 1–2 days prior to a special event to allow the flowers time to fully hydrate and bloom.

With proper care, our roses typically last 7-12 days.

To ensure a "wow" unboxing experience, our bouquets arrive professionally wrapped in premium paper and secured in a custom-designed luxury gift box. This protects the blooms during their journey from the farm to your doorstep.

Currently, we ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. states.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Protection & Returns

We offer Route Package Protection at checkout to give you total peace of mind. This service covers your order against loss, damage, or theft during transit. If your flowers arrive damaged or go missing, Route makes the claim process seamless and fast.

For more information about Route Package Protection, click here.

You can report an issue with your order to Route:

  1. directly through their mobile app (iOS or Android);
  2. through the email you receive from Route after placing your order;
  3. or by going to claims.route.com.

The Route team is ready to assist you with any questions you have. Please note: you will be required to provide adequate photo evidence of the issue you’re submitting a claim for. Without photos or other supporting information, your claim may be denied. Take a picture of the damaged flowers upon delivery using and submit to the Route Team when requested.

All sales are final. For customers who opt-out of Route Package Protection, we are unable to provide any refunds or redeliveries for delivery-related delays and damages included, not limited to: package loss, damage, shipping delay, or theft.

Because our flowers are cut-to-order at the farm, we require changes or cancellations to be made at least 7 business days before your scheduled delivery date.

Flower Care

Follow these three easy steps to extend your vase life — don't worry, we'll include these details on your delivery as well.

UNWRAP
Gently remove the bouquet from its wrapping,
being careful not to damage the blooms or stems.

TRIM
Your flowers arrive with extra stem length to protect them
during transit. Before placing them in water, use scissors to trim about 1 inch
from the bottom of each stem so they can properly rehydrate and fit beautifully
in a vase.

HYDRATE
Fill a clean vase ½ to ¾ full with cool tap
water and place the freshly trimmed stems in water right away to begin
hydration.
